About Us

About Us

Our Vision

To nourish the souls of our students on those things which are true, good, and beautiful so that when these young men and women step out in the world to fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives, they will be able to have a profound influence on the culture, not simply survive it. We accomplish this through the use of proven classical methods implemented within a consistent Biblical worldview.

covenant minds

The development of a thorough, biblically-based view of the world and our place in it are foundational to a CCA education. We seek to equip our children to love what God calls lovely, to delight in His Word and His world, and to live in joyful submission to the ways of God. A complete education acknowledges that human beings are intellectual, physical, and spiritual creatures. CCA teaches to the mind, body, and spirit of our students so that they can more completely fulfill their role as God’s image bearers exercising dominion over creation.

classical methods

The historical tradition of the liberal arts has been the cornerstone of early education. These tools 'cut with the grain' of how children learn. Thinking precisely (grammar), reasoning faithfully (logic), and communicating effectively (rhetoric) comprise these arts of language. The mathematical arts simultaneously round out the study of creation, showing the order and elegance of the Creator’s world.

academic excellence

A sense of wonder and discovery is nurtured as our students travel their course here, doing all they do with all of their might for the glory of God. Excellence in all academic disciplines is the pursuit of our students, informed by their understanding of the Scriptures and the development of the tools of the mind.

What We Believe

Primary Christian Doctrine
Protestant Commitment to the Biblical Truth
Propagated with Great Tenacity in all We Teach and Do

1. We believe the Bible alone to be the word of God, the ultimate and infallible authority for faith and practice.
2. We believe that there is one God existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  He is omnipotent, omniscient,  and omnipresent.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
4. We believe that, for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary.
5. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone.
6. We believe that faith without works is dead.
7. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
8. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved to the resurrection of life, and they that are lost to the resurrection of damnation.
9. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

As a member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (A.C.C.S.), CCA also subscribes to the A.C.C.S. Statement of Faith, which is found in the association’s by-laws (essentially the first two chapters of the Westminster Confession of Faith).
